Effects of Butylphthalide Combined with Fasudil on Inflammatory Factors, Cognitive Function and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Complicated with Cerebral Vasospasm

Objective: To investigate the effect of butylphthalide combined with fasudil in treatment subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) cerebral vasospasm (CVS) on inflammatory factors, cognitive function and vascular endothelial function.
 Methods: It is a retrospective study which total 104 patients SAH CVS admitted to Baoding First Central Hospital from July 2020 February 2022 were selected randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots. Patients control group treated basic symptomatic treatment, while those observation soft capsule hydrochloride injection basis group. Before after serum neuron specific enolase (NSE), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-8(IL-8), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (CRP), Birmingham Cognitive Screen test (BCoS) score, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1), endothelin-1(ET-1), growth factor (VEGF) levels, endothelium-dependent vasodilation (FMD) compared.
 Results: After expression levels NSE, TNF-α, IL-8 CRP significantly decreased, all indicators lower than that (p<0.05). scores orientations, attention, memory, language, practice action increased, dimensions higher S-ICAM-1, ET-1, VEGF, FMD decreased both groups, group, statistically significant differences (p<0.05).
 Conclusion: Butylphthalide therapy was found as effective reducing ameliorating complicated vasospasm.
